To be honest...I'm pretty picky when it comes to supplements. I've been working on my own wellness in some capacity for awhile now and I have no desire to use random items that may or may not work for me. Since this is a priority in my life, I'm willing to pay for quality supplements. I've tried a few different brands over my journey and these have been gamechangers for me. "Happy Juice" (Where to start)

When/how I take it: I drink this in the morning with breakfast.

Why I take it: This supplement supports all around health by working with the flow of the gut-mind axis and provides energy and mental wellness support. There is so much research around the connection of our gut health relating to our mental wellness and this drink supports that. It's a great place to start as it may be all you end up needing depending on your own needs. Note: you can also add-in up to three other supplements you may need to this pack at a discount as well.

VitaGBX Multivitamin

When/how I take it: I take one with breakfast and one with dinner. 

Why I take it:  A multivitamin is necessary these days to make sure we get all of our vitamins. Our food just isn’t what it used to be. This vitamin helps to fill the gaps.

When/how I take it: I take once a day.

Why I take it: It’s no secret that I have struggled with anxiety over the years and it got worse with pandemic parenting. After doing a lot of research, I found this supplement which naturally supports me and has decreased all my symptoms related to anxiety.

OmMega

When/how I take it: I take one capsule daily.

Why I take it: It’s been long shown that omegas are so important for immunity and cognitive (brain) function. This supplement has a research-proven combination of DHA and EPA. And you know how much I love research!

MentaHeart

When/how I take it: I take this in the morning with breakfast.

Why I take it:  This supplement is mainly to support the heart-mind axis. There are over 40,000 neurons in the heart that are capable of memory, feelings, and more that impact our brain and mental well-being. This supplement helps to support that connection.

Kids Fundamentals

These aren’t ones I personally take but what I use with my own kids. Mental wellness and supporting our kids gut-mind-heart flow is also so important. I get the pack where there is also the multi-vitamin and kid's calm. I have noticed such a big difference in my children since adding this to their days.

MentaFocus

This one we use with our child with ADHD to support him with focus and attention. We don't use other medication as this meets his needs in this area. We use one daily with breakfast.

This one is used on an as-needed basis with my husband who struggles with sleep. It's a melatonin-free supplement to help support natural sleep.
