Hi, I’m Megan, and I’m a passionate parent coach, foster and adoptive mom, and advocate for parenting through connection and compassion.
As a mom of there, including children with neurodiverse and additional needs, I’ve faced many of the challenges that you’re experiencing right now. From navigating the early days of fostering with a 7-month-old placed with us before the pandemic, to struggling with postpartum mental health during the pandemic, and learning how to balance the needs of a diverse family, I know firsthand how overwhelming parenting can feel.
But through it all, I learned that there are no bad parents—and that’s a message I want to share with you. Parenting is a journey, and it’s one I believe you can walk with confidence, connection, and clarity.
